A		This is an Online Only Auction that begins closing on Wednesday, June 23rd at 7:00 P.M. Note: Items will Close at a rate of 1 Item per 5 Minutes. This auction will feature our AUTOMATIC EXTENSION SYSTEM which grants a three minute extension to the end of the auction of any item receiving a bid during the last few minutes. The item will then close when three minutes have elapsed without any activity. Payment by Cashier's Check or Bank Check, (no handwritten personal or business checks), Wire Transfer or Cash. Any other form of payment would need to be approved in advance by calling Albrecht Auction Service, (989) 823-8835. There is a 6% BUYER'S PREMIUM on All Items Except Lot #22 the 2009 J.D. 8130 which is 3% Buyer's Premium (Which means whatever the bid price is, there will be an additional 6% added to the invoice (or 3% for the J.D. 8130)). There is no Sales Tax charged on this auction. No Out of State Checks! (This is a brief Listing of Terms, Click on 'Register to Bid' in Upper Left Corner of any Website Page to See Additional Terms). C		Pickup / Checkout Dates: Beginning June 24th by Appointment. *Checks over $1,000.00 will need to be overnighted to Albrecht Auction, P.O. Box 50, Vassar, MI. or dropped off @ our office in Vassar June 24th thru June 26th. Payment must be received by Albrecht Auction Service by June 26th unless other arrangements have been made. Payment by Wire Transfer, Cash, Certified Cashier's Check or Bank Check, (no handwritten personal or business checks). Any other form of payment would need to be approved in advance by calling Albrecht Auction Service, (989) 823-8835. Please Wait for your Invoice to be e-mailed to you after the auction for the correct total. E		FIRST TIME BIDDERS: You must first register to bid on our site by clicking the 'Register to Bid' button on the left of our page. Fill in the info., submit it, and you will instantly receive an e-mail with your permanent Online bidder's #. To Bid on an item: Go to the item you are interested in, place your top bid amount in the box to the right of the item. Scroll to the bottom of the page and fill in your bidder # and password. you can bid on more than one item at a time on any page. E-mail if you have any questions!
F		LOST YOUR BIDDER # OR PASSWORD? Click on the Logo for Instructions to have it sent to you.
G		Click on Photo to the Left of the Description to View Additional Photos!
H		WATCH LIST FOR ITEMS: you have to bid on an item to put it in the 'Watch List'. You can click 'Review Bids' next to 'Submit Bids' at the bottom of the page to watch only the items you have bid on.
I		On the final day of the Auction the time remaining will appear to the right of each item along with a 'Refresh Button' When the items are about to start closing: BE SURE TO HIT THE 'REFRESH' BUTTON OFTEN FOR THE MOST UP-TO-DATE BIDS!
J		EASIEST WAY TO WATCH THE AUCTION CLOSE: "OPEN ITEMS": When the Auction begins closing @ 7:00 P.M.* on Wednesday, June 23rd, You will be able to view all 'Open Items' that have not 'Closed' yet and are still available for bidding. This will REFRESH Your Page and eliminate some of the scrolling down the page through the closed items. HOW TO SELECT 'OPEN ITEMS': Towards the top of any of the bidding pages, click on the "Select Category" Box and a list will pop down, click on "ALL OPEN ITEMS" and only items currently open for bidding will display on the page. NOTE: This 'Open Items' Category appears ONLY AFTER the auction begins closing. *Items will Close beginning at 7:00 P.M. at the rate of 1 Item every 5 Minutes and Feature our 3 Minute Bid Extension System which is explained in the Terms Above Under the Term Letter 'A'.
K		GROUP EXTENSION FEATURE: Lots #7, #8 (GRP1); & #16, #17 (GRP2) have the group extension feature. Any bid within the last few minutes that causes an automatic extension of bidding on any one of the items in that group will now automatically extend the bidding on ALL items in that group. When no more bidding has occurred on any items in a group for the specified time, then bidding on all items in that group will close simultaneously.
