Terms:	TERMS: This is an Online Only Auction that begins closing on Wednesday, June 23rd at 7:00 P.M. We recommend looking at the items before bidding. Videos are available of some items. Note: Items will Close at a rate of 1 Item per 5 Minutes. This auction will feature our automatic extension system which grants a three minute extension to the end of the auction of any item receiving a bid during the last few minutes. The item will then close when three minutes have elapsed without any activity. Payment by Cashier's Check or Bank Check, (no handwritten personal or business checks), Wire Transfer or Cash. Any other form of payment would need to be approved in advance by calling Albrecht Auction Service, (989) 823-8835. There is a 6% BUYER'S PREMIUM on All Items Except Lot #22 the 2009 J.D. 8130 which is 3% Buyer's Premium (Which means whatever the bid price is, there will be an additional 6% added to the invoice (or 3% for the J.D. 8130)).
